Price-beat promise

Seen the same product cheaper at another South African store, in stock? Send us the link and we’ll beat that price, as long as we can still sell it at a fair margin. We reply within one business day, usually much sooner.

Fine print, in plain words: same product and condition, a South African store, in stock, a normal price (not a one-hour flash sale or a marketplace seller). We can’t go below our cost.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. In-stock orders paid before 14:00 on a weekday are dispatched the same or next business day and usually arrive in 2–4 business days (outlying areas can take a little longer). Delivery is free on orders over R 1 500; otherwise it is a flat R 120. You get a tracking number by email when your parcel is collected. Delivery details

Returns

Changed your mind? Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (return courier at your cost). Under the Consumer Protection Act, faulty products can be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund. Returns policy

Warranty

Everything we sell comes through official South African distribution and carries the manufacturer’s local warranty, usually 1 to 3 years depending on the product. If something fails, WhatsApp or email us with your order number and we will handle the claim with the supplier for you. Warranty details
